A circle of true leaders

I’ve been reflecting on leadership lately. True leadership. Not the occupation of a ‘leadership role’. Not a form of dominance masquerading as leadership. No, true leadership which draws from a place of deep knowing. Knowing the value of oneself. (In the way a child knows and claims how remarkable they are, before the adults in their lives teach them to suppress such knowledge.)
